Our roastery is located on the southern shore of the Avalon Peninsula in Cape Broyle, Newfoundland. All of our production takes place in a mid-twentieth century heritage building previously known as R.J. O’Brien’s General on Harbour Rd. As roasters, we aspire to do justice to both the quality of the green coffee and the hard work of the producers we work with. We roast carefully and delicately to highlight the complexity and nuanced flavour profile of where that specific coffee was grown and cared for at origin. We like to keep things light to bring out the most clarity, allowing the coffee to express itself in an articulate way. Our goal is to source exciting coffees and establish long term relationships with the producers we work with. We are committed to roasting freshly harvested green coffee and strive to be reliable buyers for the producers we work with.
